Electronic Arts has decided to focus on the biggest sporting event in the world with FIFA: Road to the World Cup98. All of the national teams from the six FIFA zones are represented in the game, as well as some favorite teams from European and South American leagues. The game also includes the most up-to-date statistics possible. Players also have the option to participate in the World Cup qualifying rounds or skip right to the main event, the actual World Cup tournament. A new and improved player AI makes the game play more realistically: teammates do a better job of reacting to the ball and play according to team tactics, while the opposition plays a better game as well. While the World Cup may only come around every four years, FIFA: Road to the World Cup 98 will let you experience the excitement anytime.

Cosmic Carnage is a one-on-one fighting game set in outer space. The story begins as a prison barge is hijacked by it's cargo in an escape attempt. The resulting chaos caused the barge to crash into a military cruiser. The impact caused extensive damage to both ships. There were only 8 survivors, 4 from each ship. What's worse, there's only one escape pod. You control one of the 8 survivors, and have to finish off all the others to escape with your life.
